Hugh Budgen, the main contributor to the site, managed to keep hold of his uncle’s menu from the Christmas Day of 1953.  Unfortunately, just a few years ago, Hugh allowed the menu out of his collection and it was passed around for people to look at and now all we have is this low resolution image.
